I started this blog, because I want to share tips and tricks about training, lifestyle, but also recipes, advices and my experience during this whole journey. I try to keep my recipes extremely simple because I don’t know about you guys but as soon as I see a recipe with a million ingredients, I skip straight past. I hope that by sharing quick and easy recipes it will motivate and inspire people to eat more whole, plant-based foods and feel GOOOOD from the inside, out.
